Restorative Yoga / a supportive practice placing the practitioner in positions of release or gentle length to soothe the nervous system, rest body and mind and nurture spirit

Restorative 2 / introduces active gentle movement practices to compliment the supported poses

Wednesday at 9 am


Vinyasa yoga / methodical, meditative practices using intelligent sequencing to optimize the breath, open energetic channels, quiet the mind, cultivate healthy alignment and optimize function

Monday and Thursday at 5:30 pm


Slow vinyasa yoga / moves at a quieter pace and offers modifications to make practice safer and more accessible to newer students, mature bodies, and those working with restrictions

Saturday at 9 am
